Dear My Body

I apologize.
I haven't always treated you with love and respect.

You've gone through so much sorrows and distortions.
All those malnourished agony of overeating and starvation make you a fragile creation.
You don't have to abide all the shameful consequences because of my wacky hormonal drive but you still sacrifice for the useless me each and every hour of each and everyday.

I never fully protect you.
That's why acnes grow on you.
And diarrhea, scar..flaw.

I insulted you.
And I let other people tramp on your dignity which makes me more despicable.
I've used so many fatuous words to delineate you:
ugly,disgusting,monstrous,butt-less,sport-less...

I am sorry.
And I shall prove my remorse by honoring you with gym every night.
Of course I am sure you can feel my appreciation as the biceps grow bigger and I can stow more love inside the fibers.
